Police outside the apartment of the guy threatening to kill himself and they are not getting a response. They are trying to call him on his cell phone and see if they here it ringing. They tried and did not hear anything.

Woman took her 2 year old son and put it in the bathroom door jam and slammed it on his head.
7:11 920 Gordon Terrace
Woman called to complain that the police responded to the shooting with so many cars it was a real inconvenience for her trying to get home from work. She said that she did not see why they needed so many cars and in addition she thought they could find parking spaces in the neighborhood and walk to the crime scene.

Two black males and one black female in a fist fight in front of Citi Bank.

Police reached the person who reported the man attempting suicide and she got a hold of the man. He apparently is on the way to a park to do it in public. As soon as she figurs out what park he is going to she will let the police know.

Town Hall: Town Hall refers to the 23rd Police District.
Public Violence Mission: From what I gather, it sounds like the officers assigned to this mission look for gang bangers and stop them question them to find out who they are. They then turn in the info at the conclusion of the mission to their supervisor.
Top Ten Target Mission: Units assigned to this mission usually concentrate on the Sunnyside Mall and the Broncho Billy Playlot looking for known troublemakers and see what they are up to, looking for reasons to make arrests.

I think Helen Shiller is treating those people over on Gordon Terrace too well if they think they can call in and complain about the "inconvenience" of police response to a shooting.
Or, we perhaps we have a situation where the woman was thinking *yawn*...another shooting...what's the big deal??
Unbelievable.
540 Belmont lady needs to be skinned alive. I hope her son is okay. Lady complaining about police needs to be mugged, robbed, and shot so then she will appreciate a strong police presence. By the way, let all of these suicidal people kill themselves. Less crazies in the area is a good thing.
