Town Hall: Town Hall refers to the 23rd Police District.
Public Violence Mission: From what I gather, it sounds like the officers assigned to this mission look for gang bangers and stop them question them to find out who they are. They then turn in the info at the conclusion of the mission to their supervisor.
Top Ten Target Mission: Units assigned to this mission usually concentrate on the Sunnyside Mall and the Broncho Billy Playlot looking for known troublemakers and see what they are up to, looking for reasons to make arrests.

I think this is my last straw. Guess who's not renewing their lease? Thank God I didn't buy in this neighborhood when we moved here. I'm trying to raise a baby here and these crimes are happening at 630pm and 930pm just a block from my apartment...I could ignore the 2am shootings, but not this. I'm starting to get anxious just leaving the house.
I don't think leaving is the right idea. Maybe if you want to raise your baby elsewhere, that's fine, but why let the gang bangers take over? We need to do something. Even if these guys go to jail, they're just replaced by their little brothers/cousins/etc... What can we do?
If I didn't have a child to worry about, I'd totally be the activist on this one. I just can't rank improving uptown over raising my child in a safe environment right now.
these people are animals..they have no freaking guidance and most will need up in prison..god..I am getting out of here..
Honestly there is nothing you can do about it..... These guys are going to be the way they are reguardless and there is nothing we can do to stop them. police can tell you what they want but its not going to help. we will never feel safe as people.
