Town Hall: Town Hall refers to the 23rd Police District.
Public Violence Mission: From what I gather, it sounds like the officers assigned to this mission look for gang bangers and stop them question them to find out who they are. They then turn in the info at the conclusion of the mission to their supervisor.
Top Ten Target Mission: Units assigned to this mission usually concentrate on the Sunnyside Mall and the Broncho Billy Playlot looking for known troublemakers and see what they are up to, looking for reasons to make arrests.

jj. you're an a****** Are you saying that this story is false? Good for you that you weren't mugged in the years you delivered for jj's. You should be grateful. Instead, you're mocking the fact that a delivery guy from Sarpino's was mugged. Actually, there is one elderly guy who delivers for Sarpino's. It was probably him (as he would have been an easy target). I feel horrible about this. JJ-- if you're so tough--why don't you patrol the streets for us with your gun--and take down some of these gang members. We will be waiting for an update.
hey.. .. if your dumb enough not to protect yourself with a job like this especially at this location then.. you deserve it.. its a matter of survival of the fittest. And yes im glad this happened cause next time he comes in the neighborhood hell be prepared. I consider him lucky cause he was not attacked in any way
