Town Hall: Town Hall refers to the 23rd Police District.
Public Violence Mission: From what I gather, it sounds like the officers assigned to this mission look for gang bangers and stop them question them to find out who they are. They then turn in the info at the conclusion of the mission to their supervisor.
Top Ten Target Mission: Units assigned to this mission usually concentrate on the Sunnyside Mall and the Broncho Billy Playlot looking for known troublemakers and see what they are up to, looking for reasons to make arrests.

Anyone notice that this is RIGHT IN FRONT OF HELEN SHILLER'S OFFICE?
Maybe Denise Davis will come out to tell the officers that "the only place there's no crime is Heaven."
I wonder how COURAGE will manage to blame the homeowners for this one, like they did at the CAPS meeting last night.
CAPS is a joke. Only fools attend those meetings.

I did. Is there not anyone in the City of Chicago who might be willing to step in here and say "stop the violence...we want our babies to stop bleeding in the streets??" When a murder like this happens in other neighborhoods, you get religious leaders and community leaders speaking out...you get candlelight vigils and people saying "enough is enough...these kids deserve a chance!" WTF is wrong with Uptown?! How is this all somehow the fault of people who attend CAPS meetings and other such nonsense?
I was waiting at the stoplight when I heard the shots. The dude ran around my car to get away. I called the cops, the were there in seconds. Still, I could have been shot. I don't like having to worry about some dude having bad aim.

I agree, this is scary. I just commented on the fire truck post, but will say it again: this is too much. I'm getting out of here.
nameless!! just to let you guys know. you are not doing anything going to the caps meetings. they have families of the gang members going to the caps meetings to see who is saying what. and who is tricking on all of these people committing the crimes. so just remember that. there is always someone watching............
