on the radio they call them tickets all the 911 calls for an incident. The more news they get the better, and the more people that call with the same info the better. This incident tonight proves how organized these guys are. Much of the descriptions and direction of flight calls they got did not add up. They were actually calling 911 on themselves and giving the wrong information.
The victim at Masonic is being worked on and they cannot talk to him.
Witnesses say that nothing was said two males walked up to two other males and shot them and ran

Public Violence Mission: From what I gather, it sounds like the officers assigned to this mission look for gang bangers and stop them question them to find out who they are. They then turn in the info at the conclusion of the mission to their supervisor.

Wouldn't 911 then have a record of what phone # these false calls came in under?
Given the demographics of the people involved the numbers I am sure can be traced to pay as you go accounts, which I am sure are not registered.
Also if you do not leave your number with the 911 dispatcher the police have no way of finding out. The 911 calls are not taken by the police. When you say you wish to remain anonymous you truly are.
