I heard the three gun shots as I was laying in bed. I called 911 and the first cars arrived with in 3 minutes. Looking out the window I could see the guy laying in the street. Shiller still thinks there is no problem with gang violence I'm the neighboorhood. Is there any way to get her out of office while in term? She has no control with what's going on in the 46th Ward. Something has to be done!

This was an interesting way to phrase it, CUCB. Did you get the sense that this being on the boundary between the two districts mattered in terms of how the crime was committed, response time or something else?
