Town Hall: Town Hall refers to the 23rd Police District.
Public Violence Mission: From what I gather, it sounds like the officers assigned to this mission look for gang bangers and stop them question them to find out who they are. They then turn in the info at the conclusion of the mission to their supervisor.
Top Ten Target Mission: Units assigned to this mission usually concentrate on the Sunnyside Mall and the Broncho Billy Playlot looking for known troublemakers and see what they are up to, looking for reasons to make arrests.

Not to split hairs, but are you sure it is really a murder? Many times Uptown gang related killings end up resulting as a self defense verdict in the courts. One guy in our block was shot in the back while riding his bicycle. The verdict was self defense.
To me, it looks gang related... big baggy white shirts... this has been talked about a lot on UU.

I'm shocked by all of this. According to uptownwalker on UU, gangbangers don't dress this way so this couldn't have been gang related.
your argument is stupid..those were serial killers which are abnormal in society.these killings happen everyday..says a lot about the society we live in..and the way these people family structure operates..i am sure these guys will celebrate the Labor Day weekend..like they actually work..every weekend is Labor Day for them..what a joke..

the point is it doens't matter what your skin color is like the person commented that "these black people are crazy"...the fact of the matter is there are crazies in every skin color so people need to quit blaming it on one.
