Town Hall: Town Hall refers to the 23rd Police District.
Public Violence Mission: From what I gather, it sounds like the officers assigned to this mission look for gang bangers and stop them question them to find out who they are. They then turn in the info at the conclusion of the mission to their supervisor.
Top Ten Target Mission: Units assigned to this mission usually concentrate on the Sunnyside Mall and the Broncho Billy Playlot looking for known troublemakers and see what they are up to, looking for reasons to make arrests.

Keep it up. I read your blog everyday
I check this out at least a couple times a day too, it's an essential source of information to see if any of our calls to the police are actually being followed-up, not to mention just a general idea of what's going on in the neighborhood. What a great site!
I don't particularly like the police however....they have stopped me 3 times in the last two years and searched me for drugs...
I don't use drugs....
I have never been arrested for anything.
They are insulting, violent, threatening and vicious generally...
They are farmworkers for the prison system.....arresting people for nothing....
1 out of every 100 people in jail.
