Town Hall: Town Hall refers to the 23rd Police District.
Public Violence Mission: From what I gather, it sounds like the officers assigned to this mission look for gang bangers and stop them question them to find out who they are. They then turn in the info at the conclusion of the mission to their supervisor.
Top Ten Target Mission: Units assigned to this mission usually concentrate on the Sunnyside Mall and the Broncho Billy Playlot looking for known troublemakers and see what they are up to, looking for reasons to make arrests.

The creepy thing about that photo is that police haven't arrived. And, by the timestamp, this was just moments after the shooting. This is a real as it gets.
i am having a hard time deciding if having this picture up here is in bad taste or not.
and, i know it sounds bad, but i sort want someone to print it out and paste it to schiller's window or something. so she can be reminded that there are gangs in uptown and something needs to be done about it.

40+ years in Detroit and never saw anything like this! You people here in Chicago are an absolute mess.
This is what happens when parents and the community DOES NOT care what happens to our youth...It's always dreadful what people will do to each other for lack of receiving and knowing how to love.
